On June 15, 2024, exactly one hundred years on the founding date of Square and Circle Club, a special S&C Centennial exhibit opened at the San Francisco History Center on the 6th floor of the San Francisco Main Public Library. A companion exhibit displaying the Club’s 1950s musical productions is also located on the 3rd floor at the Chinese Center. The exhibit reception was held on June 22 to introduce some of the hundreds of documents, photos, and artifacts that are now housed as the “Square and Circle Club Records (SFH 13)” for future generations to study the history of the Club and its significance in American, Asian American, and women’s history.
