On September 29, 2023, Chinatown Community Development Center (CCDC) celebrated their 46 years of service through its anniversary gala, “Chinatown Is Home.” In support, S&C has donated to support their SRO (Single Room Occupancy) Families Fund. CCDC created the SRO Families Fund in April 2023. This program helps SRO families who are relocating to suitable housing, by funding the cost of moving expenses and household items. S&C’s donation will be allocated to the SRO Families Fund and give these families a head start in their new homes.
